Welcome to the Louisville City School website. This website is designed to acquaint you with our schools and assist you in finding information that we hope will be useful.

Our four elementary schools, grades K-5; Louisville Middle School, grades 6-8; and Louisville High School, grades 9-12; serve over 3,000 students. Our students consistently bring positive recognition to our community through their many academic and extra-curricular achievements. For two years in a row, the Louisville City School district has been rated “Excellent with Distinction” by the Ohio Department of Education. Our individual schools have also earned many state and national recognitions, including the National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence Award for Fairhope Elementary.

As Superintendent, I am proud of our well-rounded and rigorous curriculum, our safe and clean schools, our highly competitive extra-curricular programs and our professional staff. The school district enjoys the support of our community as evidenced by the new facilities construction projects. We continue to encourage parents, friends, and local citizens to be a vital part of our schools.
